What's FATRUN London?
We set up FATRUN London this summer to bring together runners in London and help them run better and eat better. If you're a regular runner, are training for an event, or are looking to get into running, we'd love to meet you!
We've just moved into the Fitzrovia area this summer and have two sessions already happening.
RUN CLUB TUESDAYS are designed for people who run regularly or are looking to start running regularly - as a guide, some of the people who join us do so to prepare for a half marathon.
Eery Tuesday we meet and drop bags @ 6.30pm at our beautiful cafe HQ, The Old Dairy Cafe (see map below!) - which is superbly run by the owners and a great spot to grab a coffee during the working week. At 6.45pm, George leads the run club team for 8-9km through Fitzrovia at around 2hr half marathon pace. We aim to get off the beaten track as much as possible, so head to the quieter canals, trails and parks of the local area.
We also do a monthly #FATRUN RUN & BRUNCH that involves a shorter and slower 6km run followed by a brunch cooked up by our team @ The Old Dairy Cafe - we're lucky enough to have full run of the cafe for the day.
