MATT GARDNER

Performance Nutritionist, North Face Mountain Athletics Coach

I've been a performance nutritionist for 3 years and in that time have been lucky enough to work with everyone from professional rugby players to everyday recreational runners. In 2016, I started FATRUN London with George - I'm passionate about helping our community optimise their performance through their nutrition, and am often on the lookout for new people to work with, so get in touch!

GEORGE RENDALL

Director of Running Coaching, Leader in Running Fitness, Trail Runner

I made the jump from management consulting to start FATRUN London in summer 2016. Ever since then, my favorite thing about what I do is seeing people in our community improve & achieve their goals - whether that's finishing a 10km race or hitting their first ultra marathon.  Personally, I've competed in the London Marathon among other road races, but specialise in ultra distances on the trails. I'm often looking for individuals to work with & would love to hear what you're goals are to see if we can work together towards them!

ENDURANCE PACKAGE

We designed our Endurance Package as our gold standard performance coaching program. George, Matt, Shilo & Emily will all work together to provide you with personal coaching across nutrition, running, strength & conditioning & yoga - a holistic approach that ensures you give yourself the best possible chance of achieving your goals in endurance sport.

Each Endurance Package is slightly different according to which coach you will need more time with, and is flexible according to your progress and adjusted goals
